Her extensive expertise in corporate and commercial law drives her oversight of Device's legal matters across Australia, New Zealand, and Asia. From managing contracts to facilitating new ventures, market entries, acquisitions, and dispute resolutions, Emma ensures legal alignment. Her adept handling of corporate secretarial affairs, intellectual property, and licensing further underscores her invaluable role in Device's success.
